All board meetings are open to members. If you would like to attend a board meeting and have an item you would like to discuss, you must contact the secretary ( loriasteel@verizon.net ) and have this item placed on the agenda. Only agenda items will be discussed at board meetings. Upcoming Board Meeting July , 2008 at 7:30pm Kensington Park Library, Downstairs Meeting Room Deck Talks Purpose – The twice yearly deck talks will provide an open forum for members to discuss Cedarbrook Club issues with the board. These meetings will take place during the season (May-August) at the pool and will provide members a chance to freely communicate any concerns or suggestions they may have. No agenda is necessary for these meetings. Deck Talks have not been scheduled for 2008 yet. How to get on the agenda – Board Meeting Agenda Request Form.
