All board meetings are open to members. If you would like to attend a board meeting or have an item you would like to discuss, you must contact the secretary to have this item placed on the agenda. Only agenda items will be discussed at board meetings. See below for more details.

The complete tentative Board meeting schedule is listed below. Note that meetings are usually held at 7:30pm, the 3rd Tuesday of the month with a TBD location so contact Board Secretary if you are interested in attending as space is limited since the meetings are held in someone's home during the off season.

Deck Talks:

Deck talks provide an open forum for members to discuss Cedarbrook Club issues with the board. These meetings will take place during the season (May-August) at the pool and will provide members a chance to freely communicate any concerns or suggestions they may have. No agenda is necessary for these meetings.
