Pool Management/Lifeguarding

The Cedarbrook Board is pleased to announce that Community Pool Service (CPS), Inc. will continue to manage our pool facility for the 2011 season.  We will be working closely with CPS and their Pool Manager for Cedarbrook to provide a safe and fun swim season.

The CPS Pool Manager selected for Cedarbrook, Stepahie Coras, has prior experience as a lifeguard, American Red Cross instructor and pool manager over the last eight years.  Please welcome her to the Cedarbrook community when you meet her!

CPS will be hiring lifeguards and assistant pool managers for the 2011 season from within our community.  Those interested should go to the CPS website at communitypools.com/employment to complete an application for consideration.

Applicants must be 15 years of age. CPS is currently accepting applications and will continue to do so throughout the spring and summer. Please note that those who previously served as a CPS lifeguard must apply each year.

Lifeguards must have valid certifications in lifeguarding, first aid and CPR; attend CPS orientation sessions; and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in assuring the safety of our pool facility and patrons.  CPS will provide access to certification classes (free of charge), which are offered throughout the area.  Class schedules and other details will be made available upon hiring.

Swim Team & Swim Lessons

Cedarbrook is also hiring individuals to help run the swim team and swim lessons programs.
