Food, Catering & Parties

Family dinner nights, youth and adult parties, swim team pep rallies, raft nights, and other special events are held regularly at the pool.

The Swim Team also has a steady stream of events. As a fundraising activity, the swim team sells food during home swim meets on Wednesday evenings. On Saturday mornings, the swim team sells bagels, muffins and juice. All members are welcome to enjoy good, reasonably priced food and support our team!

The Snack Shack is located on the grounds. Check here for updates on the plan for 2021.

The pool grounds are intended for the use of all members and may not be used by any individual or group for their own profit.

Please see the club calendar on home page for details. Also, feel free to contact the Board if you would like to volunteer to organize or help with an event.

Private Parties

Bringing 7 or more guests into the pool on any one day constitutes a Private Party. All private parties must be registered (please use the Cedarbrook Party Request Form). Unscheduled parties can disrupt normal pool operations and jeopardize everyone’s safety by creating a shortage of lifeguards.

Raft Nights — 2021 Season TBD
Occurs every Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; please note the first 15 minutes are for adults during adult swim.

Pool Party Rental
Only adult Members may book parties. The pool and pool area will not be closed to other Members for parties that occur during normal operating hours. In some cases, and with Board approval, it may be possible for a Member to host an event outside normal operating hours. In such cases, the Member will be responsible for paying all the fees and costs of the additional operations time. Please note that permission for a private party may be denied at the discretion of the Manager or the Board of a Directors.

If you anticipate more than 50 guests, contact cedarbrookclub@gmail.com prior to scheduling your party. Party guests arriving prior to the adult Member/Host will not be admitted into the pool area until the Member/Host arrives and the signed waivers are provided. During the party, the adult Member/Host may not leave guests unattended on club grounds, and must ensure that all guests leave the property at the conclusion

Fees: A fee of $5 per person will be charged to the member based on the number of attendees in the reservation. In addition, for parties with a reservation of 16-30 attendees, a fee of $30 will be charged; for parties with a reservation of 31-50 attendees, a fee of $60 will be charged. A clean-up fee of $150 will be charged if the party hosts fail to take all party trash to the dumpsters by the back gate.

After you receive notice that your party is confirmed, you will receive an INVOICE though your Cedarbrook account that you can pay online or send a check. All fees must be paid 7 days prior to the party or the reservation may be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable, but the party may be rescheduled for another date with at least 24 hours notice.

ALL PARTY MEMBERS MUST FILL OUT THIS WAIVER & RELEASE FORM and copies must be provided for guests to enter the pool area.
