Water Aerobics

Taught by experienced, certified water aerobics instructor, Shelley Milan, classes are held in deep water and will provide fun but challenging cardiovascular workout. The class will use a variety of motions including water running, abdominal work and toning exercises. This class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone. We highly recommend that you have a ski belt.  Water noodles are an alternative, but ski belts give much better support.

Times: 7:00-7:50 pm

Session 1: June 14, 21, 28, July 5, 12

Session 2: July 19, 26, Aug 2, 9, 16

Early Bird Swim is for 18 & Over Members Only!

To register for Early Bird, after you are logged in to your account, go to “Make a Payment” and check the box next to “Early Bird,” then proceed to checkout

Lap swim only in the peaceful morning hour of 6:30-7:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Cost is $45 for the season; Cedarbrook Members only and start date of June 20th and end date of August 25th Note there is NO EARLY BIRD on July 4th!
