Water Aerobics
Taught by experienced, certified water aerobics instructor, Shelley Milan, classes are held in deep water and will provide fun but challenging cardiovascular workout. The class will use a variety of motions including water running, abdominal work and toning exercises. This class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone.

Early Bird Swim
To register for Early Bird, after you are logged in to your account, go to “Make a Payment” and check the box next to “Early Bird,” then proceed to checkout
Lap swim only in the peaceful morning hour of 6:30-7:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Cost is $45 for the season; Cedarbrook Members only and start date TBA
