We are pleased to announce that Cedarbrook has partnered with Pros to You (PYT) to grow and expand our racquet sports programming. In addition to traditional tennis clinics and instruction for both adults and youth, PYT will also offer pickle ball programming at Cedarbrook. Our new Director Carlo and his PYT team will also be offering tennis lessons.

Spring Mixed Doubles League

Cedarbrook Mixed-Doubles offers pre-arranged doubles games with players of similar levels each week.

The Spring League begins on April 13th and runs through June 26th. We play on Saturdays at 2pm, 4pm, Sundays at 9am, 4pm, and 6pm, and 6:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays (6:00 in May and August), for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

You select which days you are not available, and you will be scheduled to play once or twice a week as you prefer and as space allows.

It’s a great way to meet new players and have a weekly game set up for you.

2024 League Fees

Regularly scheduled player (Cedarbrook Member) $55

Regularly scheduled player (Non-Member) $110

Substitute Player (Cedarbrook Member) $20

Substitute Player (Non-Member) $40

If you aren’t sure that you want to commit, WE ALWAYS NEED SUBS. It’s an easy way to dip your toe in the tennis court water.

There will be a limit in number accepted – all interested (USTA 3.0-4.0) players are urged to register before the program fills up.

** Regularly-scheduled non-member player slots are filled. Members can still sign up. There is no limit for substitutes, and we need many!

Registration closes March 22nd! So sign-up today!

While we hope it is not necessary, the Board reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the right of any person to participate in the adult mixed doubles league. Any individual who believes the conduct of another participant may warrant such action should report their concerns to the Board or a Board member in writing.

The Cedarbrook board recognizes that the Cedarbrook Adult Mixed Doubles League is comprised by adults who, under most circumstances, are fully capable of handling any disputes on the court. It also recognizes that while this is a recreational league, there is a level of competitiveness to be expected, particularly among more advanced participants. Nevertheless, the Board expects all participants to conduct themselves properly and to the furthest extent possible, in accordance with the ITF Rules of tennis and USTA Code (Players Guide to unofficiated matches) and the general statement of the Rules of Tennis Etiquette.

The scheduler should first attempt to schedule all participants for at least one match per week, regardless of whether the participant is a member of the club or not.

Members who have stated a desire to play two or more times per week should get priority for one additional spot per week if available.

Thereafter any nonmember should be scheduled for a second match per week if requested.

If open spots still remain, available members will be given priority in filling those remaining spots.
